Enamel:  We use a high-tech ceramic based enamel that is designed to be more chip resistant than traditional glass enamel. However, care should still be taken when wearing our  enamel pieces, and these pieces should not be exposed to drastic temperature changes or worn in water. They should not be worn in the shower/bath, while washing dishes, in the pool or in the ocean. Care should also be taken to avoid dropping or hitting these pieces, and when not being worn, they should be stored in their JW pouches.
 
International Shipping:  Please email us if your country does not automatically come upon checkout to see if we ship to your country.  Please note all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the  customer.
 
Jewelry Care:  Jessica’s jewelry is truly wearable art.  It is all utterly unique, and as such it contains intricate details and may be delicate.  Care should be taken when putting items on, including bracelets which are meant to wrap around the smallest part of the wrist without needing to be modified.  Jessica’s work includes beautiful yet delicate stones found in nature, such as Boulder Opals.  These items are delicate and must be treated with care.  They can easily be broken if dropped or mistreated.  Customers must be aware of the delicate nature of the stones and should not wear items while sleeping or expose stones to water while bathing, swimming or washing dishes.  Perfume or hairspray should not be sprayed on jewelry.  Stones should be protected from drastic temperature changes and any strong detergents.  Stones may be cleaned with a soft cloth and water. Order Confirmation:  You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.  You will receive an additional email notification once your product has shipped.

Payment:  We currently process our payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
 
Repairs:  If an item is defective we will gladly repair it if it has been subject to normal wear and tear.  We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for 60 days from the date of purchase on our online store.  Certain repairs including those due to customer neglect or misuse may require a fee or be unfeasible.

Return Policy:  We want you to love your purchases, so if you are not satisfied with your purchases in any way, you may return them within 7 days of receipt. Holiday gift orders can be returned until 1 week after Christmas.  All custom orders or personalized pieces are final sale.  All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit.  Please contact Jessica Winzelberg at info@jessicawinzelberg.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.  Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number.  Items must be in new and unused condition, and Jessica Winzelberg reserves the right to refuse return if condition is deemed unacceptable.  Customers must pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches the Jessica Winzelberg studio.  Upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund for the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Sales Tax:  All California residents will be charged 9% sales tax.
 
Shipping:   Most jewelry is made to order. Please allow at least 14 business days for us to make your item. If you are ordering an engraved or custom enamel piece, please allow an additional week. If we expect your item to take longer than this, we will notify you via email. If your item is marked "Ready to ship," it will ship within 3 business days. If an item is marked "Ready to ship" this means we have at least 1 item available to ship. We may not have multiple immediately available. Please email us at info@jessicawinzelberg.com if you need to receive your order sooner and we will do our best to work with you. We will email you upon shipment with tracking information. All items are shipped with insurance and require signature upon receipt. If you wish to waive a signature, you release Jessica Winzelberg from responsibility once the product has left our studio. Standard shipping in the U.S. is $10 and overnight shipping is $30. Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for any order over $500. We also ship internationally to Canada, Australia and France.
