I have *YEARS* my friends, years and years and thousands of saved photos and references of incredible pieces spanning all of the above and so much more, for future purchases for myself, my own design inspiration, gifts, etc. Far more than I could ever dream of consuming SO I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of them with you and some helpful hints to help you find your own treasures
Today I'm going to share one of my all time favorite styles -
antique bangles.
I usually love the ornate Victorian ones for a few reasons. The stones are NOT cut like this anymore, they have so much character in older stones and it just can't be replicated. Plus the hand engraving work on so many of these is so ornate and it is just magnificent. As someone who manufacturers jewelry, its also the truth that many of these pieces couldn't even be MADE for the same price as some of these antiques. Personally I love, love, love mixing old with new and adore having pieces that span hundreds of years. I always wonder if it connects me to my past lives, but I know, my woo is showing there!
Here are (more than) a few of my fave antique bracelets on the Internets at the moment! And afterwards - find my top 6 tips for finding your own antique treasures online. If you score any of these or use my tips, send me a pic!!
